Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014) and the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990). By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described herein.
1. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly — such as name, email, phone, company details and payment information — when you create an account, hire a plan or contact us.
We also collect data automatically during the use of the platform, such as IP address, browsing data, device information and access logs, as required by the Internet Civil Framework.
When you use our service agent, we may process the content of conversations in order to operate, maintain and improve the service.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to: (i) perform the contract and provide the services; (ii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (iii) pursue the legitimate interest of improving, protecting and securing the platform; and (iv) with your consent, send marketing communications.
Each processing operation relies on one of the legal bases set out in article 7 of the LGPD, especially: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers (processors) that support us — such as hosting, payment processing and message delivery — always limited to the purposes of this Policy and under confidentiality and security obligations.
We may also share data to comply with a court order, a request from a competent authority or a legal obligation.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to keep your session, remember preferences, analyze usage and personalize content. Essential cookies are necessary for the website to work.
You can manage non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown when you access the site or in your browser settings.
5. Data subject rights
Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may, at any time: confirm the existence of processing; access, correct or update your data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; request portability; withdraw consent; and obtain information about data sharing.
To exercise your rights, please contact us through the channels listed at the end of this Policy.
6. Security and data retention
We adopt appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, destruction or any improper processing.
We keep data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes or as required by law — for example, application access logs are kept for at least 6 (six) months, as required by the Internet Civil Framework.
7. Data Protection Officer and contact
For questions, requests or to exercise rights related to your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) through the support channels available on our website.
If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
